Happy Family is an official badge on GnomeCode’s Teddy. The live text is one sentence: you reunited with your parents. It was created on 21 September 2021, the same day as Chapter Four. About 770,000 accounts hold it. The win rate sits near half a percent. This page exists so lobbies stop hunting a fake seventh chapter with that name.
What the toast actually is
It is a reunion condition, not a map vote. The thumbnail list still shows numbered chapters and modes. You will not see “Happy Family” as a chapter button. Track the row on the badge list and the badge checklist.
The same-day stamp with Chapter 4 Zoo is the useful clue. Zoo already asks for family or rescue stops on top of fish and cogs. Players who leave the zoo without the extra reunion often hold Chapter Four and not Happy Family. That is not a bug. That is two toasts.
We will not invent a parent NPC name or a hidden keypad. If an in-world prompt mentions family, treat it as progress. If it does not, finish the zoo exit first. Extra lore rooms are extra hugs.
How to chase it without wiping the chapter
- Own Chapter Four in AI first. The Zoo walkthrough is the classroom.
- Vote AI Zoo again. Say “family extra” in chat before the cutscene.
- Do fish and cogs. Tick the chapter checklist.
- After the last lock is safe, look for the reunion interact the prompt highlights. Do not sprint a decorative yard looking for a secret seventh wing.
- Leave. If the toast is Happy Family, tick it. If you only got Chapter Four again, you spectated the extra or you already had it.
Do not add Nightmare to this farm. Infection on a wide zoo is how the reunion becomes a spectator seat.

What Happy Family is not
It is not Chapter Five. Pizza Place arrived in October 2025 with its own toast. It is not The Hatch. It is not a promo code. Modded “TEDDY NEW SKINS” places sometimes copy the name. Compare place 5901440255 on official links and lookalikes.

After you have it
You are allowed to vote Nursery again. Happy Family is a museum row, not a personality. Send new players to Getting Started instead of a reunion lecture.
If you cannot find the extra after three clean Zoo exits, stop. The badge may need a live prompt we will not fake. Play for the chapter. Check inventory. Come back when a teammate who already owns it can point at the highlighted prop — not at a YouTube comment from a clone game.
Happy Family is why Zoo feels like a story beat instead of a cog exam. Treat it as a bonus toast beside Chapter Four, then go home.
